Applicants (pilgrims) must be recommended for a weekend retreat by a sponsor who has previously attended a weekend. A sponsor application must be received prior to accepting a new applicant.

Arrange to have your applicant at Camp Carson between 6:15 and 6:30 pm EST on Thursday evening. If anything happens to prohibit this arrival time, it is imperative that you make someone aware of it. It is important that they are entirely comfortable and part of this is ensuring that you have arranged for their transportation to and from the retreat.
